This book is a small part of the collected writings of Doug Rawlings, wonderfully translated into French by Daniel Gunn. These detailed translations put a portion of Rawlings' work into French for the first time. This series of twenty poems cover the range of Rawlings' writings, from searing remembrances of the Viet Nam War to more intimate poems of his children and grand-children.
