The study focuses on the questions such as: How may the profile of the respondents be described as to the following: age; location; department; How may the level of awareness of the respondents in the following areas of knowledge management be described as to the subthemes :People; Process; Content; Technology; Strategy; What are the knowledge management sharing practices among the institutional-respondent; Is there a significant difference on the level of knowledge and awareness of the respondents when grouped according to profile; What Cooperation on Knowledge Management System Enhancement Plan is identified from the data gathered. This study involved educators and administrators of Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City Innovation Research Valley, China. There were 1189 total participants in the institution and those whom were selected as participants whom are the administrators and are practicing the knowledge sharing and practices are those with the following requirements, such as (1) intense interest on the study; (2) specific and expert skills on knowledge management sharing; (3) developed and accepted techniques and framework which are identified by the administrators. Around 500 participants were included. Using the Online Calculator and the rule of thumb, with the proper size effect, the 1189 participants were 500. This is sufficient with the current study such that this may be getting all the data needed in the study.
