Born to a modest, low-income family in a city called Malsi, Soumai is a young man confronted with the vicissitudes and metamorphosis of his social environment. A city led by a despotic man called Mr Tonio. The religious marker has never had any credit in daily dealings as social coexistence has customarily been put beyond confessional affiliation or any other racing indicator even when Soumai encounters new Christian and Muslim friends. The coming of ICTs changes everything, from the individual image to the social fabric. The search for power engenders all sorts of evil strategies to win the masses' voice: “divide and rule”, for example. However, for the benefit of all, Soumai argues for a new deal. Only in reconciliation and under a rainbow can they begin anew!
