Dans le quartier Lyon Confluence, l'îlot Hikari, conçu par l'architecte japonais Kengo Kuma, frappe par sa qualité architecturale associée à des exigences environnementales très élevées. Afin d'atteindre ces objectifs, les trois bâtiments de l'ensemble regroupant des bureaux, des logements et des commerces mutualisent leur consommation et leur production d'énergie par des procédés innovants.
