Hospitality has always been much more than a profession for me. It is a philosophy of life, a path that leads to other people, a way of seeing the world. It begins with a hand extended, and opens an infinite number of doors: ones that lead to wonder, to discovery and to new relationships with people and regions. This distinguishes it from the classic hotel business.
